# Chargebase

Chargebase is a chargeback management platform that helps merchants prevent chargebacks before they happen and win more disputes when they do. 

We integrate directly with the issuer networks from Verifi (a Visa company) and Ethoca (a Mastercard company) to catch disputes early and resolve them fast. Through Verifi CDRN and Ethoca Alerts, Chargebase can intercept disputes in real time and auto-refund or take action before they become chargebacks.
